*Junior class: This is for juniors from 12 to 16 years old. The class is run with step 1 dog, and they walk the short trail.

All dogs are welcome on the Kivo Kempentrail. Apart from the purebred dogs (with pedigree) that have an exemption, an exemption must have been requested from the ministry for the dogs to be allowed to walk. Having an exemption is at your own responsibility and will be checked on the basis of random checks.

Only with canicross no exemption is required for the dogs.

The motto is to appreciate walking together separately.

Admission:

Carts/step/bicycle:We use the rules of the IFSS, a 3 wheeler is also allowed for the 4 dog class. All carts, scooters and bicycles are inspected. The following are considered: Size, weight and technical details such as braking power etc. These must be in accordance with the number of dogs, strength and speed of the team.

NOTE: the IFSS has the length of the pulling lines and the dimensions of the carts and scooters are described in the race rules.

Dog:Each dog may only be used once per day.

Age Dog:The minimum age for scooters and bikes is 18 months, the rest of the classes is 15 months.

Helmet Duty:The organization has a helmet requirement (with chinstrap) for all teams, scooters and bikers safety is paramount.

The organization accepts no liability for injuries sustained.

Starting money:

SSC-NL members €30.00-  Non-members €47.50- (This includes 1 musher meal, this is a voucher for the food trucks)

2nd registration, happy dog or registration family member, €12.50- (without meal)

Children's runs €2.50

Transfer starting money to ING account NL62 INGB 0003 6499 84 before closing date, in the name of Sledehonden Sport Club Nederland SSC-NL in Arnhem. CitingKivo-Kempentrail 2022.

Closing date:24.10.2022. Then the registration fee must also be transferred.

For cash payments on Friday evening we charge € 10.00 extra

Registration after the closing date will be charged €15.00 extra.

Cancellations:after 25-10-2022 no refund of registration fee

Start number edition:Friday evening at the secretariat between 19:00 and 22:00.

cart inspection:Friday between 19:00 and 21:00

Musher meeting:takes place on Friday evening at 9 p.m.

Prize giving:It is only valued when 5 teams start in a class. For the separate evaluation of the purebred dogs and the third class AM/GR/SAM, we also use a minimum of 5 starters in the class.

Arrival:Teams are welcome from 13:00 on the stake-out, earlier arrival on the site is not possible.

grafting:All animals present must be vaccinated and registered in the passport by a veterinarian. If the passports are not in order, we are forced to remove the team from the site.

We demand:Vaccination every 3 years or valid titer determination for Parvovirus, Distemper and HCC infectious liver disease (CAV I and II). Annual vaccination for Leptospira, Kennel Cough complex (Bordetella and Parainfluenza). There is passport control during registration.

Trail:The distance of the trail is approximately 4.5 km long distance and 2.5 km short distance.
